Evening Shift Premium Clause Samples
Evening Shift Premium. All employees who are scheduled to work twenty-two (22) hours or more per week, shall receive sixty-five (65¢) cents per hour, in addition to their regular hourly rate of pay, for each half hour worked between 6:30 p.m. and the end of the shift. Premium pay for the evening shift shall not be added to the employees’ hourly rate for the purpose of computing overtime under Article 6.01.
Evening Shift Premium. Any employee who is required and authorized to work at any time between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 8:30 a.m. the following day shall be paid an evening shift premium in addition to his or her regular hourly rate of pay in the amount of one ($1.00) dollar per hour for each such hour and majority of an hour worked.
Evening Shift Premium. Employees working the evening shift shall be paid a shift differential of fifty cents ($0.50) per hour for the entire shift worked.
Evening Shift Premium. Effective September 21, 2021, any employee, who is required to work as an RSW at any time during the hours of 3:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m., shall be paid an evening shift premium in addition to their regular hourly rate of pay in the amount of ninety-five (95¢) cents per hour for each such hour or portion of an hour worked. Evening shift premium shall not be added to an employee's hourly rate of pay for the purpose of computing overtime.
Evening Shift Premium. A shift premium of ten cents ($0.10) per hour will be paid for all hours worked after 3:00 p.m. Effective November 1, 2021, increase the above premium to fifteen cents ($0.15) per hour.
Evening Shift Premium. The employee for whom half or more of the regular working hours are between 16:00 and 24:00 shall receive an hourly premium for each hour of work in his or her regular day according to the rate in effect: This premium does not apply to overtime and shall be paid at the same time as an employee's pay.

Evening Shift Premium. Effective April 1, 2016, the shift differential for all hours worked between the hours of 1500 and 2300 shall be two dollars ($2.00). Effective April 1, 2017, the shift differential for all hours worked between the hours of 1500 and 2300 shall be two dollars and fifteen cents ($2.15).
Evening Shift Premium. An employee who is scheduled to work the evening shift (after 3:30 p.m.) shall receive a premium of one dollar and ninety cents ($1.90) per hour for each hour worked, in addition to her straight hourly rate. The evening premium shall not apply to call-backs. Effective April 1, 2018, the premium will increase by five cents ($0.05) to one dollar and ninety-five cents ($1.95).
Evening Shift Premium. When an employee works a shift that falls between 1500 to 2300 hours daily, an evening shift premium of one dollar twenty-five ($1.25) cents per hour will apply to all time worked during that period.
Evening Shift Premium. Effective the first full pay period following November 4, 2022, increase to one dollar and twenty-five cents ($1.25). Effective the first full pay period following April 1, 2023, increase to two dollars ($2.00) per hour.
