Common use of Evening Work Clause in Contracts

Evening Work. ‌ Where an employee is directed to work in the evening, i.e., after 7 p.m., after having worked at least six (6) hours during the same day, a dinner allowance not to exceed $20.00, subject to verification by receipt, shall be provided by the Employer. If such evening work is not concluded prior to 10 p.m., the employer shall also provide, subject to verification by receipt, taxi service to the employee's home or to another site of their choice, the cost of which does not exceed the former.
