Event Changes. CGI may in its reasonable discretion, in order to improve any Event, institute changes in the implementation or structure of such Event; provided, however, that no material change may be made to any previously confirmed location or venue(s) without the prior written consent of both Parties.

Event Changes. After the signing of this Contract, changes to the event by the Client can be made no sooner than 1 day prior to the event ("Cancellation Period"). If there is a change or cancellation of the event by the Client sooner than the Cancellation Period, then the Deposit made by the Client, in its entirety, shall be non-refundable and forfeited to the Photographer.

Event Changes a. Any request for changes in time, number of people, set-up, etc., desired by Sponsor must be made in writing and forwarded to the ECAC/SRC Events Department at least two weeks prior to the event. While ECAC/SRC will try to accommodate Sponsor’s changes, Sponsor understands that due to limitations in space and personnel, ECAC/SRC may not be able to do so. The decision to accommodate Sponsor’s changes shall be solely at ECAC/SRC discretion. Any changes approved by ECAC/SRC shall be notes in writing. b. Event rooms are assigned based on the anticipated number of guest. The ECAC/SRC Events Department reserves the right to adjust room assignment based on Sponsor’s final guarantee, and reserves the right to move the event to comparable meeting or banquet rooms other than those appearing in the Agreement.

Insurance providing cover for the cancellation of an event is available and you should contact your preferred broker for further information.

  • Account Changes Neither the Financial Institution nor the Grantor will change the name or account number of a Collateral Account without the consent of the Secured Party. The Financial Institution will promptly notify the Servicer of any changes. This Agreement will apply to each successor account to a Collateral Account, which will also be a Collateral Account.

  • Agreement Changes The Company reserves the right to change the terms of this Agreement and the Plan without your consent to the extent necessary or desirable to comply with the requirements of Code section 409A, the Treasury regulations and other guidance thereunder.

  • Program Changes Contractor agrees to inform the County of any alteration in program or service delivery at least thirty (30) days prior to the implementation of the change, or as soon as reasonably feasible.

  • Shift Changes When an employee is assigned to a specific shift and that assignment is changed, the employee shall be given seven (7) calendar days’ notice prior to the change.

  • Contract Changes Changes may not be made in the terms and conditions of this contract without the agreement and written permission of the Director of Residence Life or the Director’s designee.

  • Service Changes PBI may modify its Service by giving written notice to you (a “Service Change Notice”), which will state whether the change is material. After receiving a Service Change Notice, if the change is material, you may terminate Service by giving us a termination notice at the address indicated in Section 21 or you may create a case at xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/xx/xxxxxxx-xx.xxxx (follow the instructions under “how to create a case”).

  • CONSISTENT CHANGES The Existing Loan Documents are hereby amended wherever necessary to reflect the changes described above.

  • Room Changes No changes in room assignment will be based upon age, race, religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, and online profiles except as needed to provide a reasonable accommodation to residents with eligible disabilities registered with the College Office of Counseling and Disability Services. Room change may only be made with the written approval of College Housing and is dependent upon space availability, timing of the request, and grounds for transfer.   • Insignificant Changes No adjustment in the Purchase Price shall be required unless such adjustment would require an increase or decrease of at least 1% in the Purchase Price. Any adjustments which by reason of this Section 11.5 are not required to be made shall be carried forward and taken into account in any subsequent adjustment. All calculations under this Section 11 shall be made to the nearest cent or to the nearest one-hundred thousandth of a Preferred Share or the nearest one-hundredth of a Common Share or other share or security, as the case may be.
