Ex Works Delivery Sample Clauses

Ex Works Delivery. The Products sold by Xxxxxx to AB shall be delivered “ex works” Xxxxxx’x production facility located in San Francisco, California, or if such location is moved, to such other location as Xxxxxx notifies AB in writing. The term “ex works” as used in this Agreement refers to Incoterms 2000.
