Common use of Exception to Committee Service Clause in Contracts

Exception to Committee Service. (1) Any Full-time unit member may choose to receive prior required training and then participate in four (4) Part-time Faculty unpaid evaluations in one semester, in lieu of serving on a standing committee for the semester. Evaluation training sessions shall be conducted on an annual basis as described in Article 18I.8. Evaluators must be appointed by the appropriate Administrator. (2) See Article 14C.5e.
