Excess Travelling Expenses. 13.2.1 When an employee is transferred by the Council from his/her normal place of work, as a result of reorganisation to another place of work, any additional expense incurred due to travelling between home and the new place of work (when compared to the cost of travelling between home and the normal place of work) will be reimbursed by the Council.
