Exclusion of Persons. We may exclude from the apart- ment community any guests or others who, in our judg- ment, have been violating the law, violating this Lease or our rules, or disturbing other residents, neighbors, visitors, or owner representatives. We may also exclude from any outside area or common area anyone who refuses to show photo identification or refuses to identify himself or herself as a resident, an occupant, or a guest of a specific resident in the community.

Tenant shall be responsible for all persons for whom it requests passes and shall be liable to Landlord for acts of such persons. Landlord shall not be liable for damages for any error with regard to the admission to or exclusion from the Project of any person. Landlord reserves the right to prevent access to the Project in case of invasion, mob, riot, public excitement or other commotion by closing the doors or by other appropriate action. Exclusion of Persons. (1) No person placed on an exclusion list by the Choctaw Gaming Commission shall be permitted entry into any portion of a Casino. The Choctaw Gaming Commission shall maintain a list of persons to be ejected or excluded from licensed Class III establishments. The list shall be distributed to the Mississippi Gaming Commission and to Tribal law enforcement agencies. The Mississippi Gaming Commission shall likewise furnish the Choctaw Gaming Commission with its separately maintained exclusion list. The following information, to the extent known, shall be provided for each excluded person:
