EXCLUSIVE DISPOSAL FACILITY. The Company herein referred to shall, and does hereby grant to the Customer the right to dispose of all of Customer's waste with the exception, however, that Company shall have no obligation to accept any waste in excess of the maximum daily volume set forth in Section 2 below.

  • Garbage Disposal You are responsible for ensuring Your and Your guests’ rubbish is removed from the Room, Building and Common Property in a timely manner and properly deposited in the communal rubbish areas allocated by Us for collection. You must use all garbage chutes according to pasted instructions near chutes.

  • Slash Disposal Purchaser’s timing of product removal and preparatory work shall not unnecessarily xx- xxx slash disposal. Specific slash disposal measures to be employed by Purchaser are stated in C6.7 and are in ad- dition to Required Deposits for slash disposal.

  • Trash Disposal Tenant shall provide trash bins or other adequate garbage disposal facilities within the trash enclosure areas provided or permitted by Landlord outside the Leased Premises sufficient for the interim disposal of all of its trash, garbage and waste. All such trash, garbage and waste temporarily stored in such areas shall be stored in such a manner so that it is not visible from outside of such areas, and Tenant shall cause such trash, garbage and waste to be regularly removed from the Property. Tenant shall keep the Leased Premises and the Outside Areas in a clean, safe and neat condition free and clear of all of Tenant's trash, garbage, waste and/or boxes, pallets and containers containing same at all times.

  • Generating Facility The Interconnection Customer’s device for the production of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities.

  • Facility Prudential is willing to consider, in its sole discretion and within limits which may be authorized for purchase by Prudential Affiliates from time to time, the purchase of Shelf Notes pursuant to this Agreement.   • Facility Use The Employer shall allow individuals the use of gender- segregated facilities, such as restrooms, locker rooms, and dressing rooms that are consistent with that individual's gender expression or gender identity. In such facilities where undressing in the presence of others occurs, the Employer shall allow access to and use of a facility consistent with that individual's gender expression or gender identity.

  • System Upgrade Facilities Transmission Owner shall design, procure, construct, install, and own the System Upgrade Facilities described in Appendix A hereto. The responsibility of the Developer for costs related to System Upgrade Facilities shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of Attachment S to the NYISO OATT.

  • Total Facility Subject to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Lenders agree to make available a total credit facility of up to $400,000,000 (as such amount may be increased or reduced from time to time pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, the “Total Facility”) to the Borrowers from time to time during the term of this Agreement.   • Dispositions and Involuntary Dispositions Subject to Section 2.06(b)(ii)(D) and the terms set forth in any applicable Incremental Amendment, Extension Amendment, Refinancing Amendment or Replacement Amendment, the Borrower will prepay the Term Loans (if any) on the fifth Business Day following receipt of Net Cash Proceeds in an amount equal to 100% of the Net Cash Proceeds received from any Disposition pursuant Section 8.05(b) or any Involuntary Disposition by the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary; provided that if (x) the Borrower delivers, no later than the last day of such five Business Day period following receipt, a certificate of a Responsible Officer to the Administrative Agent setting forth the Borrower’s intent to reinvest such proceeds in assets useful in the business of the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary and (y) no Default or Event of Default shall have occurred and be continuing at the time of such certificate or at the proposed time of the application of such proceeds, and such proceeds shall not be required to be applied to prepay the Term Loans except to the extent such proceeds are not so reinvested within (A) twelve (12) months following receipt of such Net Cash Proceeds or (B) if the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary enters into a legally binding commitment to reinvest such Net Cash Proceeds within twelve (12) months following receipt thereof, the later of (I) twelve (12) months following receipt thereof and (II) one hundred eighty (180) days after the end of such 12-month period.
