Execution by Electronic Means. This Agreement may be executed by the parties and transmitted by email or other electronic means and if so executed and transmitted this Agreement will be for all purposes as effective as if the parties had delivered an executed original Agreement.
Execution by Electronic Means. This Agreement may be executed by electronic signature and delivered by facsimile or e-mail transmission, which shall be considered as an original signature for all purposes, and shall have the same force and effect as an original signature. The words “execution,” “signed,” “signature,” and similar words in this Agreement shall be deemed to include electronic signatures or the keeping of records in electronic form, each of which shall be of the same legal effect, validity, and enforceability as a manually executed signature. Execution by Electronic Means. The Authority and Concessionaire agree that the parties may execute this Lease by manual signatures or by any form of electronic signature that is permitted under the Uniform Electronic Transaction Act as enacted and codified in Article 40 of Chapter 66 of the General Statutes of North Carolina.

Execution by Electronic Means. Delivery by any party hereto of an executed counterpart of this Agreement by facsimile or electronic transmission shall be as valid and effective as such party’s original executed counterpart.
Execution by Electronic Means. Delivery by one or more parties hereto of an executed counterpart of this Agreement via facsimile, telecopy, or other electronic method of transmission pursuant to which the signature of such party can be seen (including, without limitation, Adobe Corporation’s Portable Document Format) shall have the same force and effect as the delivery of an original executed counterpart of this Agreement. Any party delivering an executed counterpart of this Agreement by facsimile or other electronic method of transmission shall also deliver an original executed counterpart, but the failure to do so shall not affect the validity, enforceability or binding effect of this Agreement.
Execution by Electronic Means. Delivery of an executed copy of a signature page to this Offer to Lease by facsimile transmission, PDF or other electronic means shall be effective as delivery of a manually executed copy of this Offer to Lease, and each party undertakes to provide each other party with a copy of this Offer to Lease bearing original signatures forthwith upon demand.
Execution by Electronic Means. The parties agree that this Addendum may be transmitted electronically by them or the Association for execution, by email or facsimile transmission. The parties and the Association intend that the original and facsimile or email signature of a party on this Addendum shall be binding on the party, in the same manner as if the party’s signature was an original. Any Notice transmitted by email must be given in accordance with Section 7.1.4 to be deemed given.
Execution by Electronic Means. This Agreement may be entered into by and become as binding on the parties named in the Agreement by one party signing this Agreement that has been signed by the other party (or a photocopy, electronically imaged or facsimile copy of the same) and transmitting a copy by facsimile, email or other electronic means to the other party or to the other party's agent or solicitors.
