Execution by Electronic Means. This Agreement may be executed by electronic signature and delivered by facsimile or e-mail transmission, which shall be considered as an original signature for all purposes, and shall have the same force and effect as an original signature. The words “execution,” “signed,” “signature,” and similar words in this Agreement shall be deemed to include electronic signatures or the keeping of records in electronic form, each of which shall be of the same legal effect, validity, and enforceability as a manually executed signature.
