Common use of Executive Board Member Clause in Contracts

Executive Board Member. Where an individual of the bargaining units represented centrally by OPSEU is elected or appointed as an Executive Board Member, Executive Officer, member of the Central Negotiating Committee, member of Hospital Health Care Professionals Division Executive/Hospital Health Care Support Division Executive or as a Membership Development Trainee, such individual shall be granted leave of absence for the time-off required to exercise the duties of such appointment.
