Grant Regulations; Definitions Section 1.01. All provisions of the Special Operations Grant Regulations of ADB, dated 7 February 2005 (the “Grant Regulations”), are hereby made applicable to this Grant Agreement with the same force and effect as if they were fully set forth herein.
Conditions and Exclusions Notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth in this SLA, this SLA and Customer’s entitlement to the remedies set out in this SLA are subject to the following conditions and exclusions:

Service Jointly Provisioned with an Independent Company or Competitive Local Exchange Company Areas 4.5.1 BellSouth will in some instances provision resold services in accordance with the General Subscriber Services Tariff and Private Line Tariffs jointly with an Independent Company or other Competitive Local Exchange Carrier.
Limitations and Exclusions The limitation and exclusion in this Section 8 shall not apply: (i) to the extent that liability cannot be limited or excluded according to the Applicable Law; (ii) in cases of our willful misconduct and gross negligence; (iii) in cases of bodily injuries or death caused by our negligence; and (iv) in cases of our fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Reporting Unauthorized Transactions You should notify us immediately if you believe your Access Codes or any Access Devices have been lost or stolen, that someone has gained access to the Security Procedure, or that someone has transferred or may transfer money from your Account without your permission or if you suspect any fraudulent activity on your Account.
