Pre-Kindergarten. 1. Beginning January 1, 2018, the district will waive the tuition costs associated with pre- kindergarten program at Thorntown Elementary School and Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxx Elementary School for certificated staff members. Students must meet eligibility requirements established by the district to enroll in the program.
Pre-Kindergarten. The youngest age at which a child may enter pre-kindergarten shall be two (2) years younger than the age required for that child to enter first grade. A child must be four (4) years old on or before September 30 of the calendar year in which the school year begins.
Pre-Kindergarten. The School does or does not have a pre‐ Kindergarten program. Is so, the School attests that no SEG funding is used to support this program and that the students in that program are not provided preferential treatment in the lottery in Document 5.
Pre-Kindergarten. Grade 4 Teachers
1. Pre-Kindergarten – Grade 4 teachers will be expected to be in their classrooms by 8:45 a.m. and available to provide help and assistance to students who arrive on the first elementary bus run.
2. The regular school day ends at 3:30 p.m. or five (5) minutes after the last elementary bus leaves, whichever is later.
3. Grade representatives will be involved in the development of a schedule for the special teachers to insure one duty-free period per day (from 30-45 consecutive minutes in length), for each elementary teacher, in addition to duty-free lunch periods as long as the students’ lunch period or thirty (30) consecutive minutes (whichever is longer) except in emergency situations. A tentative schedule will be developed with any necessary adjustments being made during the first two (2) weeks of the succeeding academic year. Effective July 1, 2008 elementary teachers will be scheduled for a minimum of three (3) 45 minute duty free periods in a six day cycle, excluding Physical Education classes.
4. The District will schedule one (1) forty-five (45) minute block of time per week prior to student arrival. The time will be used for such activities as faculty meetings and team planning.
Pre-Kindergarten. Archbishop Xxxxx School provides a full-day session of Pre- Kindergarten 3 and Pre-Kindergarten 4 which provides an opportunity for children to learn through a wide range of experiences as individuals and as part of a group. Each child is invited to come, to participate, to discover, and to learn.
Pre-Kindergarten. A decision to retain a student in the pre-kindergarten program shall be based upon the progress of the child, especially with regards to level of maturity attained and the ability to handle the academic rigors of kindergarten.
Pre-Kindergarten. The child(ren) of an Employee may attend the corporation pre- kindergarten free of charge.

Because we know that our society places a strong emphasis on mathematics and literacy skills, we have designed our programs to give children particularly strong foundations in these disciplines.
