EXHIBITION FLOATER. This Form is extended to cover loss or damage caused directly to the insured property by an insured peril, from the time the property insured leaves any premises of the Insured, while in transit to and from any exhibition site and while at such exhibition site.

EXHIBITION FLOATER. This extension shall provide a $ 10,000 additional limit to the amounts of insurance applying under this endorsement or the limit shown on the “declarations”, whichever is greater. This extension covers any property which is insured under "equipment" or "stock” from the time it leaves any "premises" described on the "declarations" for up to a $ 10,000 limit of recovery as shown on the summary of coverages on this condominium building extension plus endorsement, or the limit shown on the "declarations" whichever is greater, while in due course or transportation to any exhibition site in Canada or the continental United States of America, while at such exhibition site and thence while in due course of transportation to any "premises" described on the "declarations".   • Exhibitions 1. Originating goods, sent for exhibition in third country and sold after the exhibition for importation in a Signatory Party shall benefit, on importation, from the provisions of this Agreement, provided it is shown to the satisfaction of the Customs Authorities that:

  • Exhibition The following applies to XXXX’x annual conference, CORROSION, only. Sponsors committing to Sponsorships less than or equal to $20,000 (referred to herein as an “Exhibitor”) are required to maintain an exhibit at the Event. Please note that all Exhibitors will have to complete the Exhibit Space Contract a form of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A. Please note that all of the terms of the Exhibit Space Contract are incorporated into this Sponsorship Agreement by reference. If XXXX terminates this Sponsorship Agreement for any reason, the Exhibit Space Contract will automatically terminate. However, if Exhibitor chooses to terminate this Sponsorship Agreement in accordance with Section 18(b) of this Sponsorship Agreement, at XXXX’x sole discretion, the Exhibitor may be allowed to maintain an exhibit at the Event. XXXX will notify Exhibitor whether or not it can maintain an exhibit at the Event within five (5) days of receiving Exhibitor’s notice of termination.

  • Pavement Design If applicable, the Engineer shall incorporate the pavement design developed by the State for this project. If the pavement design is not available, the State may request the Engineer to perform pavement design and submit to State for review and approval.

  • Classrooms The Board shall be responsible for maintaining a standard of cleanliness in each teacher’s classroom.

  • Load Shedding The Distributor may carry out Load Shedding in the following circumstances:

  • Driver Training A. All drivers are to be provided with appropriate training and refresher courses each year in the following areas as a minimum: * Proper use of equipment including communications equipment; * Defensive driving; * Emergency and accident procedures; * Identifying unusual passenger behavior; * Student harassment and bullying; * Conducting evacuation drills; * Sensitivity training in working with disabled persons; * Human relation skills in working with parents, school staff, etc; * General vehicle maintenance and pre-trip inspections; and * Map reading and city street coordinates. The Department of Business and Transportation Services may review Contractors’ bus driver training program, upon request.

  • Transit Traffic The following rates will apply:

  • Excessive Use 4.11 If Your use of the Services is deemed by Us to be in excess of that which is normal for the Service which You have purchased, We may at Our discretion require You to move onto another Service which is more suitable for Your requirements.

  • Advertising Prohibition Provider is prohibited from using Student Data to (a) market or advertise to students or families/guardians; (b) inform, influence, or enable marketing or advertising efforts by a Provider; (c) develop a profile of a student, family member/guardian or group, for any commercial purpose other than providing the Service to Client; or (d) use the Student Data for the development of commercial products or services, other than as necessary to provide the Service to Client.

  • Developer Attachment Facilities Developer shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control the Developer Attachment Facilities described in Appendix A hereto, at its sole expense.
