Concession Manager. The Concession Manager shall be responsible for providing concession stand refreshments at all league and USA meets sponsored by WWRX. The Concession Manager’s duties shall include but not be limited to purchasing het necessary food and beverages, set up and take down the stand, recruiting necessary volunteers, have custody of the concession funds, maintain necessary accounting of sales and expenditures and make reports at the Organization and Board meetings.

Concession Manager i) All Concession activities shall be operated under the supervision of the Concession Manager. He/She shall be expected to be well qualified with prior and similar experience of at least three (3) years at a management level. County Management reserves the right to approve the selection of the Concession Manager, including interviewing, prior to a commitment to employ. If the Concession Manager or the alternate is unsatisfactory to County management, the Concessionaire shall, within ten (10) days the Concessionaire will present additional candidate(s) for consideration. It is of the utmost importance that changes in management be at an absolute minimum. ii) The Concession Manager shall train and closely supervise all concession employees so that they are aware of and habitually practice the high standards of cleanliness, courtesy and service required. iii) The Concession Manager must set the standards for performance by example. Therefore, he/she shall meet, at a minimum, the performance standards for Concession employees, except the requirement for a uniform.
Concession Manager. Concessionaire shall designate an experienced Concession Manager acceptable to the Chief Executive Officer. He/she shall be responsible for the implementation and management of the day-to-day operations of the services. This individual shall be the single point of contact between LAWA and Concessionaire and be involved in the fulfillment of the requirements outlined herein and elsewhere in this Agreement. The Concession Manager must be capable of monitoring and maintaining an acceptable service level at LAWA. The initial Concession Manager and any change(s) in the Concession Manager must be approved in writing by the Chief Executive Officer. The Concession Manager will be subject to the same requirements for Personnel under Section 7.1. 7.2.1 The Concession Manager shall serve as liaison with LAWA with sufficient authority and support staff and appropriate equipment, supplies and means to manage and perform the development, management, and other functions and obligations with respect to the Assigned Areas, including, without limitation, the obligation to administer any contracts to which Concessionaire is party, each with authority to resolve operational issues. 7.2.2 The Concession Manager shall monitor the Luggage Cart Concession to evaluate and enforce compliance with this Agreement, including but not limited to compliance with all Laws. A Concession Management Office will be located within 50 miles of the Assigned Areas. 2016-07-11 -Smarte Carte-Luggage Cart-ONT-Contract-v5 (RT) 7.2.3 The Concession Manager shall use reasonable efforts to remedy any problem or issue raised by Airport’s patrons with respect to the operation of the Luggage Cart Concession. 7.2.4 The Concession Manager shall act as the project manager for Concessionaire’s design and construction program, which may be coordinated with the project’s construction manager. 7.2.5 The Concession Manager will be required to attend all meetings called by LAWA that relate to the Luggage Concession with at least five (5) business days' notice (or less, in the case of an emergency situation).
Concession Manager. CONCESSIONAIRE shall appoint, subject to written approval by RAP, a Concession Manager of CONCESSIONAIRE'S operations at the VENUE. Such person must be a qualified and experienced manager or supervisor of operations, vested with full power and authority to accept service of all notices provided for herein and regarding operation of the CONCESSION, including the quality and prices of goods and services, and the appearance, conduct, and demeanor of CONCESSIONAIRE'S agents, servants, and employees. The Concession Manager shall be available during regular business hours and, at all times during that person's absence, a responsible subordinate shall be in charge and available. The authority of the Concession Manager is to include, but is not limited to, the ability to: hire, fire, and schedule personnel, order merchandise and materials, oversee inventory control, and tracking, implement a marketing plan; maintain accounting records, book parties and events; oversee operations; train employees (to include such areas as a customer service); and have ultimate on-site decision-making responsibility. The Concession Manager shall devote the greater part of his or her working time and attention to the operation of the CONCESSION and shall promote, increase and develop the CONCESSION. During the days and hours established for the operation of the CONCESSION, the Concession Manager's personal attention shall not be directed toward the operation of any other business activity. If, for reasons of ill health, incapacitation, or death, the Concession Manager becomes incapable of performing each and all terms and provisions of the AGREEMENT, CONCESSIONAIRE must immediately assign a new Concession Manager, subject to RAP approval. If a new manager is not assigned within three business days, RAP may, in its sole discretion, suspend the AGREEMENT and all terms and conditions contained therein.

  • Construction Manager The individual, partnership, corporation, joint venture, or any combination thereof, or its authorized representative, named as such by the District. If no Construction Manager is used on the Project that is the subject of this Contract, then all references to Construction Manager herein shall be read to refer to District.

  • Property Manager Any entity that has been retained to perform and carry out property rental, leasing, operation and management services at one or more of the Properties, excluding persons, entities or independent contractors retained or hired to perform facility management or other services or tasks at a particular Property.

  • City Manager “City Manager” means the City Manager of City or his or her designee.

  • Contractor If COUNTY elects to renegotiate this Agreement due to reduced or terminated 20 funding, CONTRACTOR shall not be obligated to accept the renegotiated terms.

  • Manager 5.1. Rules relating to the rights, duties and responsibilities of the Managers shall be governed by the Act. Such provisions are hereinafter incorporated into this Agreement by reference. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Manager shall have the powers set forth in Paragraph 5.3 below.

  • Developer Developer shall construct and complete, in a good and workmanlike manner, the Work for the Guaranteed Maximum Price including any adjustment(s) to the Guaranteed Maximum Price pursuant to provisions herein regarding changes to the Guaranteed Maximum Price. Except as otherwise noted, Developer shall provide and pay for all labor, materials, equipment, permits (excluding DSA), fees, licenses, facilities, transportation, taxes, bonds and insurance, and services necessary for the proper execution and completion of the Work, except as indicated herein.

  • Operator The Optionee shall be the operator for purposes of developing and executing exploration programs.

  • Contractor’s Contract Manager The Contractor’s Contract Manager, who is primarily responsible for the Contractor’s oversight of the Contract performance, will be identified in a separate writing to the Department upon Contract signing in the following format: Contractor’s Contract Manager Name Contractor’s Name Contractor’s Physical Address Contractor’s Telephone # Contractor’s Email Address If the Contractor changes its Contract Manager, the Contractor will notify the Department. Such a change does not require an amendment to the Contract.

  • Construction Management Landlord or its Affiliate or agent shall supervise the Work, make disbursements required to be made to the contractor, and act as a liaison between the contractor and Tenant and coordinate the relationship between the Work, the Building and the Building’s Systems. In consideration for Landlord’s construction supervision services, Tenant shall pay to Landlord a construction supervision fee equal to three percent (3%) of Tenant’s Costs specified in Section 7.
