Existing Policies and/or Practices. A. All policies and/or practices existing on the effective date of the Agreement which provide or require that the Employer either initially furnish uniforms to Employees, or initially reimburse Employees for the cost of the uniforms which are purchased from a vendor approved by the Employer shall be continued for the duration of the Agreement.
