Common use of Exit Interview/Grievability Clause in Contracts

Exit Interview/Grievability. An employee who is separated from state service during the probationary period has no recourse to the grievance procedure. Upon request employees who are separated during the final two (2) months of their probationary period will be entitled to an exit interview with their supervisor, during which the employee may ask the University to reconsider its decision.
