Expectations for Non-Teaching Unit Members. Non-Teaching unit members are responsible for providing direct services according to their job descriptions. The District may assign unit members with release periods or non-teaching course assignments to provide support for English Learners, students with disabilities, xxxxxx youth, homeless students, students who have fallen behind in their academic progress, and re-engage students who are absent for more than 60% of instruction time per week.
