Expectations for Technology Service Provider. The provision of technology services to our clients is critical and such services are strongest for trade shows, conventions, corporate and meeting events; however, such services are also required by our consumer shows, dances, religious events and sporting events. The Anaheim Convention Center (ACC) is seeking to partner with a Technology Service Provider that is highly qualified and will contribute to our success. Proposers are expected to conduct their own independent investigation of technology service requirements for the ACC. Proposers shall assume all risks arising from any reliance upon information that may have been provided by ACC and/or Visit Anaheim related to potential technology service activity. Proposers hereby acknowledge and knowingly waive any claim for damages or loss, including consequential damages, arising from reliance upon any information that may have been provided by ACC or Visit Anaheim.
