Expedite Charges. 6.5.1 For Expedite requests by CLEC, charges from the Pricing Schedule will apply for intervals less than the standard interval as outlined on the AT&T CLEC Online website.
Expedite Charges. For expedited requests by <<customer_name>>, expedited charges will apply for intervals less than the standard interval as outlined in the BellSouth Product and Services Interval Guide. The charges as outlined in BellSouth’s XXX Xx. 0 Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx 5, will apply.
Expedite Charges. In the event Customer requests expedited Services and/or changes to requests for Services and Spectrotel agrees to such request, Spectrotel will pass through the charges assessed by any supplying parties for such expedited charges at the same rate to Customer. Spectrotel may further condition its performance and such request upon Customer's payment of such additional charges to Spectrotel.
Expedite Charges. The Client will incur an expedite charge of $1,000 (or the currency equivalent) plus third-party expenses for Services requested to be provisioned before the standard Target Delivery Dates.

For Service Date Advancement requests by MCI, Service Date Advancement charges will apply for intervals less than the standard interval, provided that the interval is as requested or agreed to by MCI. If BellSouth provides an interval less than the standard interval, but greater than the interval requested and the expedited interval is agreed to by MCI, Service Date Advancement charges will apply. If the expedited interval is not agreed to by MCI, Service Date Advancement charges will not apply. Service Date Advancement charges are set forth in Exhibit A to this Attachment.

In the event Customer requests expeditious Service and/or changes to Service and GridNet agrees to such request, GridNet will pass through the charges assessed by any supplying parties involved at the same rate to Customer. GridNet may further condition its performance of such request upon Customer's payment of additional charges to GridNet.
Expedite Charges. For expedited requests by VarTec, expedited charges will apply for intervals less than the standard interval as outlined in the BellSouth Product and Services Interval Guide. The charges as outlined in BellSouth’s FCC No. 1 Tariff, Section 5, will apply.
