Expenditure Deadline. Grant funds may not be expended for Project activities after the Expenditure Deadline. Project activities occurring after the Expenditure Deadline are the sole responsibility of Recipient.
Expenditure Deadline. Owner must expend all GRRP funding by September 30, 2027 unless extended by HUD in writing. Any funds not requested and disbursed by that date will recaptured by HUD. In order to ensure funds are disbursed from eLOCCS by that date, HUD may provide additional guidance as the deadline approaches for when grantees should submit the final draw request (e.g. usually approximately two weeks prior to the expenditure deadline).
Expenditure Deadline. Pursuant to Assembly Bill 74, Statutes of 2019, Chapter 23 (Budget Act of 2019) SEC. 1.80, funds shall be encumbered by June 30, 2020.
Expenditure Deadline. All costs to be reimbursed with Program funds must be incurred no later than 33 months (two (2) years and nine (9) months) from the final Department execution date of this Agreement as identified on the STD 213.

Expenditure Deadline. The Grantee shall spend or commit all of the Grant Award on or before three (3) years from the grant execution date (the “Expenditure Deadline”). Any Grant Award funds not spent or committed by the Expenditure Deadline or for which a Project extension has not been requested shall revert to the City and this Agreement shall be terminated in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. A Project extension may be requested in writing from the City Manager at least thirty (30) business days prior to the Expenditure Deadline. The City Manager may, in her sole discretion, grant an extension of up to one (1) year from the Expenditure Deadline so long as such extension will not significantly alter the Project including its quality, impact, or benefit to the organization, the City or its residents. Additional extensions (not to exceed one (1) year in any event) may be authorized by the City Commission if the Grantee can document in a written request sufficient Project progress and good cause for such additional extension.
Expenditure Deadline. All drawdowns for payment under this Agreement must be submitted no later than June 30, 2017.
Expenditure Deadline. City and Developer acknowledge and agree that the expenditure deadline for the CalOptima Grant funds (the “Expenditure Deadline”) is the later of December 1, 2024 or completion of the Grant Project (as defined in the CalOptima Agreement), and that notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Eighth Amendment, to the extent any proceeds of the CalOptima Grant have not been expended by the Expenditure Deadline, such portion shall no longer be available for disbursement under this Eighth Amendment.

A Project extension may be requested in writing from the County Manager at least thirty (30) business days prior to the Expenditure Deadline. The County Manager, at his discretion, may grant an extension of up to one (1) year from the Expenditure Deadline so long as such extension will not significantly alter the Project including its quality, impact, or benefit to the organization, the County or its citizens. Additional extensions may be authorized by the County Manager if the Grantee can document in a written request sufficient Project progress and cause for such an extension to be warranted.
