Expenditure on EHS Requirements. All costs and expenses arising out of or relating to implementation and operation of the Project in compliance with the EHS Plan shall be borne by the Concessionaire to the extent such costs and expenses form part of the works and services included in the Scope of the Project, and works and services, if any, not forming part of the Scope of the Project shall be undertaken and funded in accordance with the provisions of Article 16.
Expenditure on EHS Requirements. Unless otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, all costs and expenses arising out of or relating to the EHS Requirements shall be borne by the Concessionaire.
