Expenses of Arbitration. In the event that the arbitrator finds for either party, in the whole, the arbitration fees shall be paid by the losing party. If the award is less than whole, all fees of the arbitrator will be shared equally. All other costs of arbitration shall be the responsibility of the party incurring the costs.
