Expenses of Arbitration. Each party shall bear its own expenses. All fees and expenses of the arbitrator and court reporter shall be borne and paid in full and shared equally by the parties. Unless jointly requested, the cost of a transcript shall be paid separately by the party requesting the transcript. If the arbitrator disagrees with the Court’s disciplinary decision, the Court shall furnish a certified copy of the record of the proceedings before the arbitrator to the Union without cost.
