Expenses of the Arbitrator. The compensation of the arbitrator and his/her expenses incidental to the arbitration shall be paid by the losing party, if the Arbitrator determines that the party’s position lacked a good faith basis in law or fact. Otherwise, the compensation and expenses shall be shared equally by the parties.
