Experience Schedule. Regular full-time Employees shall be paid additional compensation, as applicable, based upon continuous experience with the Employer as a regular full-time or regular part-time Employee, and up to ten (10) years of verifiable full- time and regular part-time experience with a previous employer comparable to work at the Employer, as follows: Years Exp. Following ratification of this Agreement, each Employee shall be paid additional compensation as applicable, in accordance with the Experience Schedule above based upon his/her continuous service with the Employer as a full-time and/or regular part-time Registered Nurse and his/her verifiable full-time and/or regular part-time experience with a previous employer comparable to work at the Employer. Each incumbent Registered Nurse that was credited with fewer years of prior comparable experience when hired due to the five (5) year cap that was then in effect, shall have his/her prior experience recomputed to include his/her actual experience (up to ten (10) years) of comparable work to the Employer, and his/her placement on the above experience schedule shall reflect the additional service.

  • Service Schedule The Agency shall provide Services in accordance with the times and days of the week set forth in the Scope of Service (Attachment “A”), unless otherwise approved by the Recipient in writing. In addition, a method for providing 24-hour on-call access shall be published and made accessible to the Consumers and other Service providers.
