Expiration of License. In the event that CONTRACTOR’s professional license is not renewed on or before its expiration, CONTRACTOR shall neither provide nor be reimbursed for services pursuant to this Agreement commencing the day after license expiration and until CONTRACTOR’s professional license is renewed. For purposes of this Agreement, renewal date is the date the licensing board issues a renewed license, and it is irrelevant whether the licensing board subsequently recognizes any lapse in licensure.
Expiration of License. 13.1.1. The License and any right to use the Service shall cease upon termination (for any reason) of the underlying Agreement between End User and Supplier.

Expiration of License. Six months prior to the expiration of this License, Licensee shall either apply for another license for an Installation or other structure or facility at the subject location or inform the City of its plans to remove its Equipment and bring the public way and any City structure back to its original condition prior to installation of the Approved Wireless Facility.

Your recreational vehicle and other property shall only be returned to you at such time as you have paid all impound fees and our storage costs and other costs, if any, in connection with the removal, storage and impound of such items. In the event that accumulated storage and/or impound fees exceed the market value of any such vehicle or other property, you agree that such vehicle or other property shall be deemed forfeited by you to the Township 30 days following written notice to you by regular mail at your last known address.
