Expiration of License. In the event that CONTRACTOR’s professional license is not renewed on or before its expiration, CONTRACTOR shall neither provide nor be reimbursed for services pursuant to this Agreement commencing the day after license expiration and until CONTRACTOR’s professional license is renewed. For purposes of this Agreement, renewal date is the date the licensing board issues a renewed license, and it is irrelevant whether the licensing board subsequently recognizes any lapse in licensure.
Expiration of License. The license granted hereunder shall expire in the event of a default resulting in our revocation of the license, or at 1:00 p.m. on October 31st or September 30th, 2021 (ending date specific to LICENSEE’s chosen area & lot number) whichever first occurs. If expiration occurs as a result of revocation, notice of the revocation shall be provided by posting such notice at the campsite occupied by LICENSEE. LICENSEE agrees that notice by such posting is a good method of informing LICENSEE of the revocation and that it is reasonably calculated to provide you with actual notice. Upon any expiration LICENSEE shall no longer be permitted or licensed to use or park a recreational vehicle on the designated site and LICENSEE shall immediately upon such expiration, remove your recreational vehicle and other property from the designated site and Park and vacate the designated site and Park.
Expiration of License. The license granted by Ambrx to Elanco pursuant to Section 2.1 and all other rights granted to Elanco in this Agreement (other than those expressly stated in this Agreement to continue after expiration or termination of this Agreement), will cease upon the earlier of:
(a) expiry of the term of this Agreement pursuant to Section 10.1; or
(b) termination of this Agreement pursuant to Section 10.7; or
(c) termination of this Agreement by Ambrx pursuant to Section 10.9. Subject to the foregoing, expiration of any particular Ambrx Patent Rights will not preclude Elanco from continuing to market and sell Products or to use Product after the term of this Agreement. For clarity, upon the expiration, but not earlier termination, of this Agreement with respect to a particular Product, Elanco shall thereafter have a non-exclusive right to market and sell such Product with no royalty or other obligation to Ambrx.
Expiration of License. 11.1.1 The license granted and any right to use the Services shall cease upon termination of the Agreement, for any reason.
Expiration of License. For the avoidance of doubt, the license for the Field in the Territory granted by Scynexis to Elanco pursuant to Section 2.1(a) and (b) and all other rights granted to Elanco (other than those expressly stated to continue after expiration or termination of this Agreement), will cease upon the expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement, [*].
Expiration of License. 13.1.1. The License and any right to use the Service shall cease upon termination (for any reason) of the underlying Agreement between End User and Supplier.
13.1.2. Unless otherwise agreed in the underlying Agreement between End User and Supplier, each Party is entitled to terminate the License by giving the other Party 3 (three) months’ prior written notice to the first calendar day of the following month. However, End User is not entitled to terminate the License for the first 12 (twelve) months after activation hereof.
Expiration of License. Unless otherwise agreed to by the parties in writing, upon expiration of the Evaluation Term Licensee shall immediately (i) remove all copies of the Software and (ii) return all copies of the Software, any other tangible media containing the Software and the documentation to Primus.
Expiration of License. Upon the expiration of any term under this Agreement, (a) all Software updates and services pursuant to the license shall cease, (b) you may only continue to run existing installations of the Software, (c) you may not install the Software on any additional Hosts, and (d) any new installation of the Software shall require the purchase of a new license subscription from Coding Puffin.
Expiration of License. Upon termination of the License granted hereunder with respect to all jurisdictions, LICENSOR shall have the option to purchase from LICENSEE any quantities of Licensed Compound then owned by LICENSEE for a purchase price [...***...] with respect to such quantities of Licensed Compound.
Expiration of License. The license for the Territory and Field or New Field granted by Lipid Sciences to Elanco pursuant to Section 2.1 and all other rights granted to Elanco (other than those expressly stated to continue after expiration or termination of the Agreement), will cease upon the earlier of:
(a) expiry of the term of this Agreement pursuant to Section 10.1; or
(b) termination of the Agreement pursuant to Section 10.7; or
(c) termination of the Agreement by Lipid Sciences pursuant to Section 10.9. Subject to the foregoing, expiration of any particular Lipid Sciences Patent Rights will not preclude Elanco from continuing to market and sell Product(s) and/or New Product(s) or to use Product(s) and/or New Product(s) after the term of the Agreement.
