Express Change Request. An Express Change Request is a planned or unplanned change that meets the conditions specified below:  It concerns changes to existing rules or the creation of new rules and/or objects in the Rule Set of a designated VNS -Security service and, maximum three (3) VNS -Security services are involved; or  It concerns creating new hosts in the Rule Set; the host is part of a subnet that is already accessible and configured on the Service Element; or  It concerns allowing or disallowing traffic between existing hosts.
