New Rules. The Employer agrees that new work rules formulated after 20 the effective date of the Agreement shall be reduced to writing and made available to the 21 Union and all bargaining unit employees seven (7) calendar days before the 22 implementation unless the Employer or his designee determines that immediate 23 implementation is needed to maintain the operational functions and/or stability of the 24 Department.
New Rules. (A) Before the Employer puts new rules into effect that alter or modify specific conditions of this Agreement, they shall be mutually agreed upon between the Union and the Employer. They shall then be attached as an appendix to this Agreement.
New Rules. Section 1: The Company may implement and enforce reasonable rules and regulations or may modify or eliminate such rules or regulations at any time so long as such rules and regulations are not in conflict with any specific provision of this Agreement. The Union does not waive its right to contest the application or the reasonableness of any policy or rule issued by the Company through the grievance and arbitration procedures.
New Rules. ● It allows a chauffeur and a secretarial assistant equivalent to the level of branch officer in the Supreme Court for one year after retirement for retired SC judges, including the CJI. ● Both retired judges and retired CJIs will be entitled to round-the-clock security cover for residence and round-the-clock personal security guard for a year from the date of retirement. ● This also includes a rent-free Type-VII accommodation in Delhi for a retired Chief Justice of India (CJI) for six months after demitting office and protocol courtesies at airports for SC judges. ● A retired Chief Justice or a retired Judge shall be entitled to protocol to extend courtesies at ceremonial lounges at airports.
New Rules. New or revised rules and orders having the effect of changing a rule or regulation may be established from time to time by the District. The District agrees to notify the Union in advance of promulgating or implementing any new or revised District ordinances, rules or regulations, or Board of Fire Commissioners rules and regulations, which constitute mandatory subjects of bargaining within the meaning of the Illinois Public Labor Relations Act. Where practical, notice shall be afforded at least seven (7) calendar days in advance of the proposed effective date of the proposed change to allow the Union a fair opportunity to review and offer effective input as to the proposed change.
New Rules. The Landlord may from time to time make such other and further reasonable rules for the care and cleanliness of the building and grounds and for the comfort and convenience of the Tenant; and the Tenants, their families, visitors and guests shall obey such rules.
New Rules. The Authority may establish such Authority rules as it deems necessary or desirable, provided that such are not in conflict with the terms and provisions of this Agreement and further, provided that any controversy arising out of the establishment or exercise of any such rules is subject to the grievance procedure. The Authority shall provide a list of all management personnel who can respond to grievances or issue rules.
New Rules. 5.2.1 The Sheriff shall have the right to adopt additional rules and regulations provided that such proposed additional rules and regulations are not in violation of any specific or express provision of this Agreement. The Sheriff agrees to submit a copy of the proposed rule or regulation to the Union at least ten (10) business days prior to the adoption of such rule or regulation. The Union shall have the right to grieve any rule or regulation deemed by it to be unreasonable.
5.2.2 The Sheriff shall not issue a general order which shall be in violation of a specific and express provision of this Agreement.
New Rules. Any proposed new or revised Rules having the effect of changing a rule or regulation may be established from time to time by the Employer. The Union shall receive thirty- day notice of Any new or revised Rule and upon request by the union the parties shall meet and confer over the proposed change. Any new or revised Rule shall be posted for ten days before they become effective or enforceable.
New Rules. It is understood and agreed that the City shall have the right to make such reasonable rules and regulations not in conflict with this Agreement as it may from time to time deem necessary for the purpose of maintaining discipline, order, efficient operations and service to the community. The rules and regulations with respect to the general conduct of the employees are attached to this Agreement as Appendix "B". The reasonableness of any new rule with respect to the general conduct of employees which would involve warning, disciplinary layoffs or discharges may be questioned through the grievance procedure set forth in this Agreement.
