Extended Health Benefits Plan. a) Each Regular Fulltime and Regular Parttime employee shall be entitled to enroll in the Extended Health Benefits Plan effective the first day of the calendar month immediately following the completion of three (3) months of continuous employment. The Employer shall pay the full premium for the Plan.
