Extended Health Care Coverage. The Employer shall pay one hundred per cent (100%) of the monthly premiums for extended health care coverage for regular employees and their eligible dependents (including spouses) under the Pacific Blue Cross Plan, or any other plan mutually acceptable to the Union and the Employer.
