Common use of Extended Health Care Coverage Clause in Contracts

Extended Health Care Coverage. (a) The Employer shall pay one hundred per cent (100%) of the monthly premiums for extended health care coverage for regular employees and their eligible dependents (including spouses) under the Pacific Blue Cross Plan, or any other plan mutually acceptable to the Union and the Employer. (b) The employee shall pay a deductible of $100 effective April 12, 2006. (c) The plan benefits shall be include but are not limited to: (1) expenses incurred for the purchase and maintenance of a hearing aid up to a maximum of six hundred dollars ($600) per person in each four (4) year period; (2) the maximum lifetime amount payable per eligible employee or eligible dependent shall be unlimited;
