Common use of Extended Maternity Leave Clause in Contracts

Extended Maternity Leave. a. Teachers granted leave under the above mentioned paragraphs, who choose not to return to work at the expiration of that leave may apply for extended maternity leave, four (4) weeks prior to the start of a semester or term or by May 31st in respect to leave expiring on June 30th.

Extended Maternity Leave. a. Teachers granted leave under the above mentioned paragraphs, Article G.21.2 who choose not to return to work at the expiration of that leave may apply for extended maternity leave, four leave five (45) weeks prior to the start of a semester or term or by May 31st 31 in respect to leave expiring on June 30th30.

Extended Maternity Leave. a. Teachers granted short term leave under the above mentioned paragraphs, Article G.22.1.a who choose not to return to work at the expiration of that leave may apply for extended maternity leave, four (4) weeks prior to the start of a semester or term or by May 31st in 31 with respect to leave expiring on June 30th30.

Extended Maternity Leave. a. Teachers granted leave under the above mentioned paragraphs, G.22.1.b who choose not to return to work at the expiration of that leave may apply for extended maternity leave, four (4) weeks prior to the start of a semester or term term, or by May 31st in respect to leave expiring on June 30th.

Extended Maternity Leave. a. Teachers granted leave under the above mentioned paragraphs, Article G.25.1 who choose not to return to work at the expiration expiry of that leave may apply for shall be granted extended maternity leaveleave without pay of up to ten (10) school months, four such leave to be requested six (46) school weeks prior to the start of a semester or term term. In any event the return to work shall coincide with the start of a semester or by May 31st in respect to leave expiring on June 30thterm.
