Extended Recall Rights. Employees who are on layoff status as of March 1, 2015 and who were laid off between November 1, 2013 and February 28, 2015 shall be entitled to recall rights to the classifications from which they were laid off until August 15, 2017. Those individuals laid off as of November 1, 2013, whose recall rights have already expired shall have said rights reinstated upon ratification of The Agreement and also have said recall rights extended until August 15, 2017.
