Common use of Extending Leave Clause in Contracts

Extending Leave. A teacher may request that a parenting leave be extended for a period of time which would conclude at a date other than specified in Article 8.09.3(a). Such a request may be granted at the discretion of the Director of Education or designate.

Extending Leave. A teacher may request that a parenting leave be extended for a period of time which would conclude at a date other than specified in Article 8.09.3(aclause 8.08.3(a). Such a request may be granted at the discretion of the Director of Education or designate.
