Extension of Compulsory Leave. The Board may extend a unit member’s compulsory leave of absence by giving the unit member notice within ten (10) days after the entry of judgment in the proceedings, that the unit member will be dismissed in thirty (30) days unless the unit member demands a hearing. Unit member compensation during the period of compulsory leave shall be made in accordance with law. (Education Code§ 44940.5).
