Extension of Non-Compete Period. In addition to the remedies the Company may seek and obtain pursuant to subsection (f) of this Section 15, the Non-Compete Period shall be extended by any and all periods during which Executive shall be found by a court possessing personal jurisdiction over him to have been in violation of the covenants contained in this Section 15.
Extension of Non-Compete Period. The Non-Compete Period shall be extended to include the period beginning on October 1, 1999 and ending at the close of business on December 31, 2008, with the exception that the Stonyfield Farms, Inc. entity shall be specifically excluded from any and all non-compete obligations. The non-compete obligations shall apply only to kefir.
Extension of Non-Compete Period. I acknowledge and agree that in addition to the remedies International Paper may seek and obtain pursuant to Paragraph 11, the Non-Compete Period will be extended by any and all periods in which I am found to have been in violation of the covenants contained in Paragraph 2 of this Non-Competition Agreement.
Extension of Non-Compete Period. The Non-compete Period shall be extended by the length of any period during which Executive is in breach of the terms of this Section 6.
Extension of Non-Compete Period. The period of time during which Employee is prohibited from competing with Employer pursuant to section 9 shall be extended by any length of time during which Employee is in breach of any of such covenants.
Extension of Non-Compete Period. If it shall be judicially determined that Mx. Xxxxxx has violated his non-compete or non-solicitation obligations under this Agreement, then the period applicable to each obligation that Mx. Xxxxxx shall have been determined to have violated shall automatically be extended by a period of time equal in length to the period during which such violation(s) occurred.
Extension of Non-Compete Period. In addition to the remedies Xxxxxx may seek and obtain pursuant to this Section, the Non-Compete Period shall be extended by any and all periods during which you shall be found by a court possessing personal jurisdiction over you to have been in violation of the covenants contained in this Section.
Extension of Non-Compete Period. In consideration for benefits to the Executive set forth herein, the Executive agrees that the periods set forth in Sections 6(b), (c) and (d) of the Agreement shall be extended from twenty-four to thirty months.
Extension of Non-Compete Period. The Company, at its option, may extend the Non-Compete Period (as defined in the Non-Compete and Severance Agreement) for an additional period of up to eighteen (18) months from the date of termination of Employee’s employment (the “Additional Non-Compete Period”), upon written notice given to Employee within thirty (30) days following the date of termination of Employee’s employment, provided that the Company undertakes to pay to the Employee the Termination Salary through the end of the Additional Non-Compete Period.
Extension of Non-Compete Period. If the Company obtains a court ruling or judgment finding that Employee has violated any portion of Section 9, Employee agrees that the Non-Compete Period will be extended for a period of time equal to the period of time during which Employee was found to be in breach of this Section 9.
