Extension of Option. Paragraph 3(b) of the Real Estate Option Agreement dated June 20, 2006 (the “Option Agreement”) is hereby amended to replace the date “December 31, 2006” with “March 31, 2007”.
Extension of Option. The Option Period shall be extended to July 11, 2012.
Extension of Option. (a) Producer shall have the right to extend the Option Period for one (1) period of 12 months for $2,500.00 which shall be non-applicable against the Purchase Price. For the right to the extension of the first Option Period there must be one of the following:
(i) letter of commitment to direct from a director;
(ii) the project is set up at a company or studio able to fund the project;
(iii) substantial negotiations in progress for complete financing of the film;
(iv) letter of commitment to act in the film from one actor; or
(v) a full-length feature-film script has been completed.
(b) Producer shall have the right to extend the Option Period for one (1) additional 12 month period for $2,500.00 which shall be non-applicable against the Purchase Price. In order to have a right to a second extension, Producer must secure at least two (2) of the above five (5) items.
Extension of Option. Notwithstanding any provision of the Option Agreement to ------------------- the contrary, Summit and S&H agree that Summit shall have the option to purchase the Facility at the Option Price (defined below) at any time on or before December 1, 2001.
Extension of Option. In the event that the DEVELOPER has not exercised the ------------------- Option in accordance with Section 2.01, the DEVELOPER may extend the Option for up to an additional three one-year terms by making payments to PURECYCLE of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000) (the Option Extension Fee) for each additional one-year extension term. Payments shall be due on the fifth Anniversary for a one year extension, on the fifth and sixth Anniversaries for a two year extension, and on the fifth, sixth and seventh Anniversaries for a three year extension.
Extension of Option. Any provisions in the Stock Option Agreements notwithstanding and to the extent contradictory are hereby deemed void, PURE hereby extends the three day from separation expiration date of the above Stock Option Agreements to September 10, 2008.
Extension of Option. On the terms and subject to the conditions herein set forth, AMFELS hereby extends the irrevocable option granted to Chiles (the "Second Option"), to require AMFELS to enter into one xxxxxxrm construction agreement (the "Second Construction Agreement") for construction of one additional drilling rig (the "Second Rig") in the form attached as Exhibit 1 to the Master Option Agreement, except that Exhibit C hereto shall be substituted for Exhibit C thereto, in the event that the Second Option Notice (as defined) is delivered to AMFELS with such changes or modifications thereto as may be required pursuant to the terms hereof. The Second Construction Agreement shall be dated as of the date of the Second Option Notice.
Extension of Option. At or prior to the Closing, the Company shall extend through the maturity date of the Notes its option to purchase Infinity’s investment in Xxxxx Elixir on the terms currently contained in the existing option, which extension shall be obtained without any further consideration paid or payable to any person.
Extension of Option.
