CHANGES OR MODIFICATIONS. This contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. Any alteration, extension, supplement or modification of the scope of work and method of study, as detailed in the proposal, shall be agreed to in writing by the parties hereto.
CHANGES OR MODIFICATIONS. No modification, amendment, notation, change or other alteration of this CONTRACT shall be valid unless mutually agreed by the parties in writing and executed as an addendum to this CONTRACT.

CHANGES OR MODIFICATIONS. 19.1 This Agreement may not be amended, modified, extended, revised or otherwise altered, nor may any party hereto be relieved of any of its liabilities or obligations hereunder, except by a written instrument duly executed by both parties. Any written instrument entered into in accordance with the provisions of the preceding sentence shall be valid and enforceable notwithstanding the lack of separate legal consideration therefore.
CHANGES OR MODIFICATIONS. This Agreement, its method of completion, its scope of work, nor its pricing may be modified or changed in any manner without the express written consent of both PARTIES via an Amendment fully executed by both PARTIES.

The failure of a party to insist upon strict adherence to any term of this Agreement on any occasion shall not be considered a waiver thereof or deprive that party of the right thereafter to insist upon strict adherence to that term or any other term of this Agreement.
CHANGES OR MODIFICATIONS. The preliminary agreement constitutes the entire agreement among the parties and any changes or modifications of this preliminary agreement shall be made and agreed to in writing.
CHANGES OR MODIFICATIONS. Any change in any regulations or requirements applicable to the work called for herein, made, caused or imposed by, or as a result of, the action of any federal, state, or other governmental agency that has or will provide all or any portion of any funds for payment for the work or project which is the subject of this agreement shall automatically become part of an amendment to this agreement and the CONTRACTOR shall comply therewith.
