Extension of Sublease Term. The Sublease Term is extended to expire on April 30, 2018. Subtenant shall have no right to further extend the Sublease Term. References in the Sublease to the Sublease Term or the Term shall mean as extended hereby. The definition of “Expiration Date” in the Defined Terms is amended to be “April 30, 2018.” The extension period of the Sublease Term commencing May 1, 2015 and expiring on the Expiration Date is defined to be the “Fourth Amendment Extension Term.”
Extension of Sublease Term. Sublandlord and Subtenant, by executing this Amendment, agree to continue the Sublease in effect retroactive to the Effective Date, for an agreed upon, fixed term provided In this Amendment, on all of the terms and conditions of the Sublease, except as amended by this Amendment, and disclaim any intention to effect a novation.
Extension of Sublease Term. The Sublease is hereby amended to provide that the Sublease Term is extended through June 30, 2015, and shall automatically terminate without the necessity of notice from either party at 11:59 p.m. on, June 30, 2015 (the “Expiration Date”).
Extension of Sublease Term. At the expiration of the Sublease Term as set forth in Paragraph 2(a) of the Sublease, the term shall be extended for an additional term of twelve (12) months beginning March 1, 2002 and expiring February 28, 2003 (the “Renewal Term”).
Extension of Sublease Term. At the expiration of the Sublease Term as set forth in Paragraph 1 of the First Amendment and amended in the Third Amendment, the term shall be extended to expire on March 31,2004 (the “Renewal Term”).
Extension of Sublease Term. The Term of the Sublease is hereby extended for the period (the “Extension Term”) commencing on May 31, 2004, and ending on May 31, 2005 (the “New Expiration Date”). Effective as of the date hereof, all references in the Sublease to the Term shall be deemed to be references to the period through the New Expiration Date.
Extension of Sublease Term. Provided that Sublessee is not in default under this Sublease at the time of the giving of the Option Notice as hereinafter defined, and Sublessee does not default between the time of giving of the Option Notice and the expiration of the Sublease Term, and further provided Sublessee has not assigned or sublet the Sublease Premises in whole or in part, the Sublessee shall have the option (the "Extension Option") to extend the term of the sublease of the Sublease Premises for one (1) additional twelve (12) month period commencing at the expiration of the Sublease Term (which option period is hereinafter called the "Extended Sublease Term"). The terms of this Sublease during the Extended Sublease Term shall be those which are in effect on the last day of the Sublease Term except that the Base Rent during the Extended Sublease Term shall be Seventeen and no/100 dollars ($17.00) per rentable square foot of the Sublease Premises. Sublessee shall accept the Sublease Premises, the Building and all improvements in "As-Is" condition for the purposes of this Extension Option. To exercise the Extension Option, Sublessee must serve written notice ("Option Notice") to Sublessor at least One Hundred Twenty (120) days prior to the expiration of the Sublease Lease Term ("Notice Date"). Failure to give such notice within said time frame shall render this Extension Option null and void. Promptly after exercise of the Extension Option, Sublessor and Sublessee shall execute an amendment to this Sublease confirming the commencement and termination dates of the Extended Sublease Term.
Extension of Sublease Term. The Sublease Term as defined in Paragraph 1 -------------------------- of the Sublease is hereby extended for one (1) two-year period (the "Extension Term"), commencing on the expiration date of the Sublease (the "Extension Commencement Date") and ending on February 1, 2002 (the "Extension Expiration Date"). As of the Extension Commencement Date, the Sublease is hereby amended so that any reference therein to the "Sublease Term" shall be a reference to the Extension Term and any reference therein to the "Expiration Date" shall be a reference to the Extension Expiration Date.
Extension of Sublease Term. Section 2 of the Sublease shall be and hereby is amended to provide that the expiration of the term is extended from April 30, 2000 to May 31, 2000.
