Examples of Guaranteed Completion Date in a sentence
If the COD has not occurred by the Guaranteed Completion Date, Licensee shall pay the Judicial Council as liquidated damages the amount of three hundred dollars ($300) for each calendar day (or part day) after the Guaranteed Completion Date until such time that the COD occurs.
If COD has not occurred within ninety (90) calendar days of the Guaranteed Completion Date, the Judicial Council reserves the right to terminate this SLA by written notice to Licensee.
In the event of a Force Majeure, the Construction Start Date and the Guaranteed Completion Date shall be extended pursuant to the provisions in section 14.4 of this SLA provided that Licensee exercises its best efforts to mitigate any delay caused by such Force Majeure.
The Construction Start Date and the Guaranteed Completion Date may also be extended by the mutual written agreement of the Parties.
Material obligations of the CM under this Agreement are scheduling, coordination and sequencing the activities of the Trade Contractors in a manner so that Project construction is completed in accordance with the Guaranteed Maximum Construction Costs “GMCC” and Guaranteed Completion Date “GCD”.
