External Coating. XX xxxxx and specials shall be externally coated with one coat of a two-part, chemically cured inhibitive epoxy primer with not less than 30 micron dry film thickness and three coats of different two-part, chemically cured, solvent free, airless spray applied epoxy finish coats to provide a high build inert coating system. The minimum DFT of the coating shall not be less than 600 microns including primer coat.

External Coating. 5.11.1 The Contractor shall be responsible for the exterior surface preparation and the disposal of redundant and scrap material generated during this process. The Contractor shall offer a surface preparation method most suitable with the recommended coating, as some coating systems may not require grit blasting. 5.11.2 The Contractor shall be responsible for the supply, application and inspection of the coating on the whole exterior of the tank, in accordance with Transnet Pipelines Specification PL 838/B included herein. Inspection certificates shall be submitted at the end of the contract. 5.11.3 The exterior shall mean the entire exterior of the tank that should be coated under a tank external coating process, and shall include but not be limited to; the shell, the roof, the outlets, the inlets, the manholes, the vents, the overflow duct, the drainage system, any cover or flange, any davit, the stairs, platforms, gratings, railings, kick plates, the wind girder or reinforcing ring, the splash plate, the level gauges, the bolting and nuts (coat bolts on final closing of all items), the fire system, any brackets or supports. Special attention shall be paid to the stairway, especially the riser to tread area and the tread area to the tank shell. 5.11.4 The railing shall be painted black and golden yellow, typically to match the patterns on adjacent tanks. 5.11.5 The tank cooling fire water system piping shall be painted signal red while the foam pourer piping shall be painted signal red with a 100mm white band every 2m or at a pipe direction change. Where applicable the cooling water ring shall be replaced by new stainless steel piping. Reuse of existing spray nozzles shall be made. 5.11.6 The Contractor shall make record of any data stencilled on the tank exterior and shall reinstate it. This data shall be repainted and not just blanked off with the surrounding areas painted. The numbers shall be black on a yellow background. The PD number shall be 100mm high and the tank number which shall be painted 500 mm high in a position that it is visible from the Control Room and the Main Gate. 5.11.7 The Contractor shall be responsible for the supply and application of non-slip, corrosion-resistant coating around the tank roof dipping hatch areas, the roof manholes, the entire stair tread plate areas, walkways and all platforms. Grantee must adequately safeguard all such property and must provide assurance that it is used solely for authorized purposes. You agree to use the External Services at your sole risk. NCR Voyix is not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of any third-party External Services and shall not be liable for any such third-party External Services. Data displayed by any External Service, including but not limited to financial, and location information, is for general informational purposes only and is not guaranteed by NCR Voyix or its agents. You will not use the External Services in any manner that is inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement or that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party. You agree not to use the External Services to harass, abuse, stalk, threaten or defame any person or entity, and that NCR Voyix is not responsible for any such use. External Services may not be available in all languages or in your home country and may not be appropriate or available for use in any particular location. To the extent you choose to use such External Services, you are solely responsible for compliance with any applicable laws. NCR Voyix reserves the right to change, suspend, remove, disable or impose access restrictions or limits on any External Services at any time without notice or liability to you.

  • INTERNAL MAIL The Association shall have access to the district courier service and employee mail boxes, free of charge, for communication to bargaining unit members. The Association office shall be included in the drop off and pick up service. The employer will respect the confidential nature of the content of any such correspondence.

  • Internal Controls The Company shall maintain a system of internal accounting controls sufficient to provide reasonable assurances that: (i) transactions are executed in accordance with management’s general or specific authorization; (ii) transactions are recorded as necessary in order to permit preparation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP and to maintain accountability for assets; (iii) access to assets is permitted only in accordance with management’s general or specific authorization; and (iv) the recorded accountability for assets is compared with existing assets at reasonable intervals and appropriate action is taken with respect to any differences.

  • External Hosting Facilities DST shall implement controls, consistent with applicable prevailing industry practices and standards, regarding the collection, use, storage and/or disclosure of Fund Data by an external hosting provider.

  • Reliability Reliability targets (Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF)) are defined in the technical specifications as set out in the Contract. Notwithstanding any possible application of penalties relating to reliability defined in the Contract, Goods shall remain covered by the warranty defined in this Article 16 as long as the reliability commitments have not been reached.

  • Internal Control Over Financial Reporting The Company and each of its Subsidiaries maintain a system of internal control over financial reporting (as such term is defined in Rule 13a-15(f) of the Exchange Act Regulations) that complies with the requirements of the Exchange Act and the Exchange Act Regulations and has been designed by the Company’s principal executive officer and principal financial officer and is sufficient to provide reasonable assurance regarding the reliability of financial reporting and the preparation of financial statements for external purposes in accordance with GAAP, including that (A) transactions are executed in accordance with management’s general or specific authorizations; (B) transactions are recorded as necessary to permit preparation of financial statements in conformity with GAAP and to maintain asset accountability; (C) access to assets is permitted only in accordance with management’s general or specific authorization; (D) the recorded accountability for assets is compared with the existing assets at reasonable intervals and appropriate action is taken with respect to any differences; and (E) the interactive data in eXtensible Business Reporting Language included or incorporated by reference in the Registration Statement is accurate and fairly presents the information called for in all material respects and has been prepared in accordance with the Commission’s rules and guidelines applicable thereto. The systems of internal control over financial reporting of the Company and its Subsidiaries are overseen by the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company in accordance with Nasdaq rules and regulations. Except as described in the Registration Statement, the Pricing Disclosure Package and the Prospectus, since the end of the Company’s most recent audited fiscal year, (i) there has been no material weakness in the Company’s internal control over financial reporting (whether or not remediated), (ii) there has been no change in the Company’s internal control over financial reporting that has materially affected, or is reasonably likely to materially affect, the Company’s internal control over financial reporting and (iii) the Company has not been advised of (a) any significant deficiencies in the design or operation of internal controls that could adversely affect the ability of the Company or any Subsidiary to record, process, summarize and report financial data, or any material weakness in internal controls, or (b) any fraud, whether or not material, that involves management or other employees who have a significant role in the internal controls of the Company and each of the Subsidiaries.

Account for periodic distributions of earnings to shareholders and maintain undistributed net investment income balances as of each valuation date. (4) Maintain a general ledger and other accounts, books, and financial records for the Fund in the form as agreed upon. (5) Determine the net asset value of the Fund according to the accounting policies and procedures set forth in the Fund’s current prospectus. (6) Calculate per share net asset value, per share net earnings, and other per share amounts reflective of Fund operations at such time as required by the nature and characteristics of the Fund. (7) Communicate to the Fund, at an agreed upon time, the per share net asset value for each valuation date. (8) Prepare monthly reports that document the adequacy of accounting detail to support month-end ledger balances. (9) Prepare monthly security transactions listings.

  • Quality All products will be new and unused. All products provided by the Contractor must meet all federal, state, and local standards for quality and safety requirements. Products not meeting the requirements of this section will be deemed unacceptable and returned to the Contractor for credit at no charge to the State.
