EXTERNAL WEB SITE. LM will establish and maintain the PDN Website for the Program. Additionally, LM will maintain information regarding the Program and Developer on its central Website, xxxx://xxx.xxxxxx0x.xxx/ (or any successor address) or other related sites. Collectively, the PDN Website, xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/ or related sites are referred to as the “External Sites.” LM will solicit information from Developer to populate the External Sites with Developer details. Both LM and Developer must approve Developer's content before such content is posted. LM reserves the right to determine and update the format or layout of the External Websites in its sole discretion. Developer shall not provide any non-public or confidential information for the External Sites.

EXTERNAL WEB SITE. Brocade shall establish and maintain a world wide web site viewable by Brocade and Company customers, resellers, distributors and other service providers (the "External Web Site"). Brocade shall provide Company with a template, based upon which Company shall provide Brocade with information it desires to be posted on the External Web Site, though Brocade reserves the right to determine and update the format and layout of the External Web Site. Brocade and Company will reach consensus in a reasonable amount of time on Company's content before such content is posted on the External Web Site. Brocade shall use reasonable commercial efforts to obtain Company's approval for all information about Company's services before such information is posted on the External Web Site.

The Computer Systems have not materially malfunctioned or failed within the past three years.

  • Systems The details of any systems work will be determined after a thorough business analysis. System's work will be billed on a time and material basis. Investors Bank provides an allowance of 10 systems hours for data extract set up and reporting extract set up. Additional hours will be billed on a time and material basis.

  • PORTAL At the Closing Time, the Securities shall have been designated for trading on PORTAL.

  • Programming (a) Pursuant to Section 624 of the Cable Act, the Licensee shall maintain the mix, quality and broad categories of Programming set forth in Exhibit 4, attached hereto and made a part hereof. Pursuant to applicable federal law, all Programming decisions, including the Programming listed in Exhibit 4, attached hereto, shall be at the sole discretion of the Licensee.

  • Information Systems The Official Agency in conjunction with the Authority will meet the relevant requirements of Articles 131 to 136 of Regulation (EU) 2017/625 and Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/1715 as appropriate to the Official Agency. The Official Agency shall record appropriate data in the Official Agency Premises Inspection database (OAPI), which will be further developed over the life of the contract. Data should be entered into the database on an ongoing basis but shall be entered within one month of the activity taking place, unless otherwise agreed with the Authority.
