EXTERNAL WORKS. 13.1. The Owner covenants and agrees to provide, construct, install and pay for the external municipal services to the standards and specifications required by the Municipality as shown on the Approved Site Plan which include but are not limited to:
EXTERNAL WORKS. 19.1. Paving at the front and where required. Subject to architect’s specifications. Courtyard to be paved. Garden walls 1.8m high, semi face brick including 1 x pedestrian gate. Intercom or similar (linked to main estate gate). Lawn as per layout plan- provision for flower beds but no further landscaping.
EXTERNAL WORKS. A Provision has been made for British Telecom and/or Mercury Communications, water, gas and electricity boards connections to the building. B Foul and surface water drainage to connect into the existing site drainage facilities. Petrol interception will be introduced into the vehicle parking drainage if required under the Local Authority. C Space for a total of seventy five cars will be allocated to the rear of the building. Paving for fifty cars will be laid for immediate tenant use. Surface finish to roadways and car parks will be block paviors. Delineation of parking space will be with contrasting block paviors. D Pedestrian/paved areas to be completed with block paviors. E Soft landscaping, tree and shrub planting will be introduced to complement the existing established external planting which will be selectively retained.
