Common use of EXTRA CONTRACT AGREEMENT Clause in Contracts

EXTRA CONTRACT AGREEMENT. 37.1: The Employer agrees not to enter into any agreement with another labor organization during the life of this Agreement with respect to the employees covered by this Agreement; or any agreement or contract with the said employees individually or collectively, which in any way conflicts with the terms or provisions of this Agreement, excepting, however, the Employer may enter into signed letters of understanding with the Union business agent.
