Common use of Extraordinary Leave Clause in Contracts

Extraordinary Leave. Except for those express paid or unpaid leaves provided for elsewhere in this Agreement by specific provision, any and all Leaves of Absence may only be afforded under extraordinary circumstances and in the sole discretion of the Employer, as formally approved by the President of the university. Terms of any such leave shall be entirely set out by the Employer.

Terms of any such leave shall be entirely set out by the EmployerUniversity.
