Common use of FACILITIES CLOSURE Clause in Contracts

FACILITIES CLOSURE. a. The parties agree that the Board of Supervisors shall have the right to close County facilities, regardless of funding source, for up to twelve (12) workdays per year. The twelve (12) days will be determined at the sole discretion of the County. If the County, in its sole discretion, decides to invoke this authority, it will notify the UAPD of this decision and the dates of the facility closures.
