FACILITIES USE a. COLLEGE and SCHOOL DISTRICT shall adhere to the terms outlined in Section 15, Facilities, of this CCAP Agreement.
Other Facilities This Agreement reserves in each party the power to establish a temporary holding facility during a pandemic, riot, civil disobedience or natural disaster, to establish group homes or other care or rehabilitation facilities in furtherance of a social service program, to temporarily transfer Inmates to alternative detention facilities in order to respond to Xxxx overcrowding, a public health directive, or to comply with a final order of a federal court or a state court of record for the care and treatment of Inmates.
Attachment Facilities Not applicable, because there are no CTOAFs for the Merchant Transmission Facility that are covered by this Agreement.
Use of State Facilities Resources and Equipment a. Meeting Space and Facilities. The Employer’s campuses and facilities may be used by the Union to hold meetings subject to the University’s policy and availability of the space. The Employer may provide private space for stewards and/or Union representatives to meet in confidence with those they represent on a space available basis. Staff representatives may reserve and utilize meeting rooms in accordance with University policy and procedure. Such requests will be subject to availability and all applicable fees.
TEACHER FACILITIES A. Each school shall have the following facilities:
AGREEMENT NOT TRANSFERRABLE TO OTHER FACILITIES This agreement is valid for only the residential facilities assigned to the Student. This agreement cannot be transferred, nor can it be converted to any other type of lease or agreement without a written or electronically reproducible modification agreement submitted by the student and approved by the Executive Director or the Executive Director’s designee. There is no reciprocity of housing agreements with any other housing organization or complex, including but not limited to on-campus residence halls, on-campus apartments, Rosen, Towers, Northview, UCF affiliated housing, fraternity-sorority housing, or any other housing, residential, and/or apartment facilities both on- and off-campus. Laundry Facilities SF State University assumes no responsibility in the use of laundry equipment or for lost items.
No Dedication of Facilities Any undertaking by one Party to the other Party under any provision of this Agreement shall not constitute the dedication of the system or any portion thereof by the Party to the public or to the other Party, and it is understood and agreed that any such undertaking under any provision of this Agreement by a Party shall cease upon the termination of its obligations hereunder.
Participating TO's Interconnection Facilities Construction The Participating TO's Interconnection Facilities shall be designed and constructed in accordance with Good Utility Practice. Upon request, within one hundred twenty (120) Calendar Days after the Commercial Operation Date, unless the Participating TO and Interconnection Customer agree on another mutually acceptable deadline, the Participating TO shall deliver to the Interconnection Customer and the CAISO the following “as-built” drawings, information and documents for the Participating TO's Interconnection Facilities [include appropriate drawings and relay diagrams]. The Participating TO will obtain control for operating and maintenance purposes of the Participating TO's Interconnection Facilities and Stand Alone Network Upgrades upon completion of such facilities. Pursuant to Article 5.2, the CAISO will obtain Operational Control of the Stand Alone Network Upgrades prior to the Commercial Operation Date.
Facilities and Services The Company shall furnish the Executive with office space, secretarial and support staff, and such other facilities and services as shall be reasonably necessary for the performance of his duties under this Agreement.
