Common use of FACILITY RESPONSIBILITIES Clause in Contracts

FACILITY RESPONSIBILITIES. a) FACILITY shall provide Trainee access to first aid and emergency care for illnesses and accidents occurring while at FACILITY. FACILITY shall be entitled to charge Trainee for such first aid and emergency care services. b) Upon UVA’s request, FACILITY shall provide UVA an evaluation of Trainee’s performance and progress. c) FACILITY shall make available to UVA Trainee written orientation materials and relevant policies and procedures. d) FACILITY shall maintain responsibility for patient care. e) Facility shall provide the Trainees with a variety of clinical educational experiences as mutually agreed upon by UVA Program Director and the FACILITY Program Director, consistent with the requirements of the ACGME.
