FACILITY RESPONSIBILITY. 1. If a Guest reports a problem with the occupied room, the Facility will, if possible, offer another room or compensation for the inconvenience.
FACILITY RESPONSIBILITY. Facility assumes no responsibilities or obligations, which may arise upon the death of Resident except notice to Resident’s proper representative. All funeral arrangements and expenses are the obligation of the Resident’s Estate and/or those individuals responsible by law. Unless otherwise agreed, Facility will assume no responsibility for life insurance policies or benefits for any deceased Resident. Resident’s survivors shall be responsible for making application for survivor benefits.
FACILITY RESPONSIBILITY. The Facility agrees to exercise due diligence and reasonable care, and to keep the premises sanitary and properly enclosed. All pets are handled or cared for by Facility staff without liability on Facility’s part for loss or damage from disease, theft, fire, death, escape, injury or harm to persons, other pet(s) or property by said pet, or from other avoidable causes, due diligence and care having been exercised.

  • Vendor Responsibility The Department of Transportation has undertaken an affirmative review of the proposed consultant’s responsibility in accordance with the applicable standards outlined in Comptroller’s Bulletin No. G-221, and based upon such review, reasonable assurance that the proposed contractor is responsible has been determined.
