FACILITY RESPONSIBILITY. Facility assumes no responsibilities or obligations, which may arise upon the death of Resident except notice to Resident’s proper representative. All funeral arrangements and expenses are the obligation of the Resident’s Estate and/or those individuals responsible by law.   • FACILITY RESPONSIBILITIES (1) The Facility will retain responsibility for the care of its clients and will maintain administrative and professional supervision of students insofar as their presence and program assignments affect the operation of the Facility and its care, direct and indirect, of its clients.
