Faculty Association Membership. The parties recognize the right of unit members to join and participate in the legal activities of the Mt. San Antonio College Faculty Association, Inc., CTA/NEA, the exclusive representative of eligible certificated employees, and the alternative right of unit members not to join the Association and participate in such activities.
Faculty Association Membership. A. It is agreed that any employee covered by the terms of this agreement may voluntarily join the Association. As a condition of the effectiveness of Articles (dues deduction) & 605 (membership), the Association agrees to indemnify and save the Board, each individual school Board member, Bay de Noc Community College, and all administrators, harmless against any and all claims, demands, costs, suits or other forms of liability and all court or administrative agency costs and attorney fees that may arise out of, or by reason of, action taken by the Board for the purpose of complying with this Article.
